Pricing
The health insurance companies cover the costs of a medical trip if it has been prescribed for compelling medical reasons. Only 10% of the total costs (min. 5€ and max. 10€) have to be paid by the passengers themselves.
We have contracts with all statutory health insurance companies and settle these trips directly with your health insurance company.
The following passengers do not have to pay a co-payment:
- Persons with a severely disabled person's pass and the mark "aG", "Bl" or "H"
- Persons with a care degree 3, 4 or 5
- Persons with a permanent mobility restriction
You need a prescription for medical transportation for the journey. You can obtain this prescription from your family doctor or your health insurance company.
Covered by health insurance companies
Approved journeys
We bill your health insurance company directly for journeys approved by your health insurance company. You can relax and leave the work to us. However, we advise you to contact your health insurance company before ordering transportation.

Trips for dialysis, chemotherapy or radiotherapy
Not covered by health insurance
Private trips
Of course we are also at your disposal if your travel costs are not covered by your health insurance. In such a case, we will calculate the price individually, depending on your request. We will be happy to advise you on this subject by telephone.
